These rehearsals are 100% MANDATORY SHOW REHEARSAL. ALL MODELS, MUA’s, HAIR STYLISTS, PERFORMERS PHOTOGRAPHERS, HOST, DESIGNERS, VENDORS, VOLUNTEERS MUST BE PRESENT. 

All Participants

(Excluding volunteers, Mua’s/Hair Stylist, designers, and vendors)

Once you have read the show info, paid your fee and submitted your registration form please do these steps:

  1. Send us an EMAIL TO ” THEC4CFE@GMAIL.COM ” with YOUR REAL NAME  in the subject box it should include :
  • YOUR IG NAME (for tagging)
  • Clothing Size (Shirt, pants/jeans, and dress)
  • HASHTAG PROP PHRASE (Please include desired colors)   (ex.@MYHASHTAG in yellow and pink), 
  • YOUR PICTURE YOU WANT TO USE FOR YOUR FLYER *(please note, once your flyer has been made, there will be NO CHANGES)
  • YOUR ROLE AND WHO YOU WERE REFEREED BY
  • 2.Download the “Group Me” App from the APPLE STORE or PLAY STORE
  1. 3.Set up your account and provide us with the email you used to register so that we can add you to the communication group.
  2. 4.Post your flyer along with your link do that guest may purchase, you make also pick up physical tickets, flyers, and other promotional items for the show

Over the next few weeks you will receive a lot of communication in regards to the show, (i.e. dress rehearsals, meet ups, etc.) some dates are mandatory, please make sure your schedule is clear to attend.

Fashion Show: 5pm-7 pm (Doors open at 4pm)

Ticket Prices

  • $15 Gen Ad

Pre-Show Rehearsal Day

May 3rd: 6 pm-9 pm

  • Designers: Figure out your walk order and assign numbers to models 
  • Models: Walk down the Runway in order holding your outfit to designers music (3 second pose at top and bottom of runway)
  • Each Designer will also practice their bio if needed 
  • Vendors: Pick out your vendor table and/or practice your spotlight 30sec-1min)
  • Styling:MUA’S /Stylist pick out 5-6 models 
  • Photographers: Observe what’s needed for your shot in @location

Day of Show05.04.19

2pm: Brunch will be served & Models, Designers, & Volunteers are to arrive at the location.

3pm: All Mua’s/ Hair stylist will arrive on set (LIGHT BEATS AND SIMPLE

STYLES ONLY, if you would like a full face please apply yourself)

3pm-5pm: Hair & Make-up

*All models must be RUNWAY READY, (please refer to criteria above) by 4:45pm.

4pm: Vendor set up (please be set up by 5pm, doors will open and here is the chance to get sales before the show)

3:15-4pm: DJ + Photography +Media arrive at the location

4pm: Doors Open/ guest are seated (Models DO NOT wander on runway)

4:50pm: Call Time/Show Starts

Intro Walk: Model Uniforms ALL Black & Hashtags

Please DO NOT wander on the runway after 4 pm

Show Requisites for participation for all

Models:

  • $25 participation fee (Mandatory)
  • Registration form (Mandatory)
  • -All models are encouraged SELL A MINIMUM OF 5 tickets
  • -All models MUST consistently promote the show.
  • -All Models will walk at least 2 times

DAY OF SHOW: Models will arrive @ 3pm

  • -Please come prepared to stand a minimum of 5-6 hours
  • -Please remain professional and courteous to guest and each other
  • -Please prepared for last minute fittings, and changes
  • -Please keep up with your belongings, WE WILL NOT be held responsible for lost items.
  • All models must come with foundation & lashes already applied if you wish to do so.
  • -Please DO NOT wander on the runway after 4pm.

Model Etiquette:

  • Models will provide their own lashes and foundation. Please keep in mind hair and make-up will be simple, we will NOT have time to do full BEAT FACES. 
  • Please bring back-up hygiene products, keep in mind you will modeling pieces that DO NOT belong to you. Please return all garments back to the designer or their assistants, the way you received them, DO NOT THROW PIECES ON THE FLOOR

Designers

  • $75 participation fee (Mandatory)
  • Registration form (Mandatory)

*(Please note, your logo should be 300 DPI or higher in order to avoid distortion)

  • All designers MUST consistently promote the show.

 DAY OF SHOW: Designers arrive @ 3pm

  • 15 looks allowed (please bring extra for last minute changes)
  • -Please come prepared to stand a minimum of 5-6 hours
  • -Please remain professional and courteous to guest and each other
  • -Please prepared for last minute fittings, and changes
  • -Please keep up with your belongings, WE WILL NOT be held responsible for lost items.

Vendors: 

  • Desired Vendor package fee (Mandatory)
  • Registration form (Mandatory)

Mua’s/Hairstylist:

  • All registration form (Mandatory)

  • -All stylist are encouraged SELL A MINIMUM OF 5 tickets

DAY OF SHOW: Mua /Hair arrive @3pm

  • -Please come prepared to stand a minimum of 3-4 hours
  • -Please remain professional and courteous to guest and each other
  • -Please prepared for last minute changes
  • -Please keep up with your belongings, WE WILL NOT be held responsible for lost items.
  • All stylist MUST be able to complete at least 5-6 models in 1 hour ( Light Beats & Simple styles ONLY) 

Photography/Media:

  • Registration form (Mandatory)

DAY OF SHOW: Arrive @3:30pm

  • -Please come prepared to stand a minimum of 3-4 hours
  • -Please remain professional and courteous to guest and each other
  • -Please prepared for last minute fittings, and changes
  • -Please keep up with your belongings, WE WILL NOT be held responsible for lost items.
  • Please remain at your post until the end of the show

Deadlines:

4/25: All Registration Fees are Due (We accept cash + cash app + zelle + Eventbrite payments (invoice options are available upon request) In addition, flyer photos, designer logos, and vendor print ready designs are due)

4/27: Hashtag Submission Deadline. (If you have not submitted a hash tag prop phrase to us by this date, you WILL NOT have one for the show). (Please put the correct info in the subject box, refer to your role above)

05/03: Our portion of physical ticket sale money is due. Also all e-ticket links WILL BE SHUT DOWN @8pm or if we sell out Eventbrite will shut the link down.

How Do I make money?

All participants will make money through referrals, please review the payout example below:

Tickets (Physical)= $5 per physical ticket sold

Model Referral = $5 per model you refer (They must completely register)

Vendor Referral = $15 per vendor you refer (They must completely register)

Designer Referral = $15 per designer you refer (They must completely register)

FAQ’s:

  • -All participants MUST complete a registration form to participate.
  • -All Role fee’s (if any) MUST be paid to participate.
  • -All participants MUST show up at the last rehearsal, this is very crucial, time waits for no one.
