Community Mentor-ship

Showing interest in a child’s life is very rewarding, because not only have you helped a person, you helped a child who will eventually grow into an adult, and is more than likely to continue the tradition. Our synergy with HOBBS.Org allows our youth access to The Young, Black and Connected Experience program. TYBCE is a mentor program fashioned to connect children with well-rounded adults, and provide guidance in education, life, and business. It operates similar to the Big Brother, Big Sister Program but with a little more leniency.

Coming Together!

It takes more than one person to push the community!

Brand Mentorship What better way to create a better tomorrow than creating a better today? Our kids and our communities are the only thing that keeps us going. Knowing that there is a child  preparing to be a leader is the most rewarding thing in our eyes. Having a mentor can have a huge impact on anyone’s life, but to a child it means the world. Not all children have a positive role-model in their presence, or if they do, the figure is so caught up in their own lives, they have no time. SIRS mentoring program partners with kids 7 and older to help them develop their vision from start to finish. We volunteer our time and effort to make sure our Young CEO’s have access to every tool needed to be successful. The synergy of local business owners make up our platform of mentors,  we have developed a network of entrepreneurs who share our vision. We help the child develop or water the gift they already have or expose them to positive crafts or hobbies that may turn into a business. We work with children from all walks of life, whether they are from the low income or suburban area’s they all deserve the same respect and attention.

Senior Connect

Our communities were built off the backs of our elders, but what are we really doing to uplift them in the community? Most people were raised by their grandparents, but quickly dismiss them, as they get older. Seniors are often left alone, or placed in nursing homes when their health begins to fail. We have to start pouring love back into our communities starting with our rocks, so that’s why we started “The Senior Connect” which is a community program that focuses solely on our elders. Kids and adults who are apart of out “Community Mentor-ship” Program, volunteer their time, and energy back into a place that it matters. We visit nursing homes, homeless shelters, and even deliver groceries. The smile on their faces are well worth the energy invested!

Our Babies, Our Community

Breaking cycles are extremely important and have a lasting impact on our youth!

Community Service

Over the last five years, we have donated more than 100k hours back to our communities. We have hosted food drives, fed the homeless, and clothed multiple families in need. While many kids today have no idea how blessed they are to never have to questions where their next meal comes from, there is a way to many who do. We work closely with each side of the spectrum to figure out ways to connect the two and open the eyes of each child. No matter where you come from or where you have been, you will always meet someone whose situation is either worse or better than yours. Giving back and learning to understand the way your communities work is vital, they will soon be in the hands of our youth, so it’s best if we lead by example.
